Each new housemate is a person full of surprises, and the journey to discover their talents and limitations is an exciting one.
The journey for us care takers is to find out how we can help the new core member to find his/her rhythm and peace without disturbing these for the other core members. It is a fascinating process. Moreover, it is also a big school of life for our home assistants to become more sensitive to the needs of our house mates and to learn how to observe well. That is key to us being able to make a difference in the life of our core members.
